FAQ

Do you take insurance?

Not at this time — sessions are cash-pay, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Payment is collected securely when you book.

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

Yes! Medical nutrition therapy with a registered dietitian is typically an eligible expense. Your HSA/FSA debit card works just like a regular card at checkout.

What happens in the first session?

We spend 60 minutes going through your training, health history, eating patterns, and goals. You'll leave with a personalized fueling framework and clear next steps — not a generic meal plan.

Are sessions in person or virtual?

Sessions are virtual, so you can meet from anywhere — no commute, no waiting room.

I'm not a competitive runner. Can I still work with you?

Absolutely. Whether you're training for your first 5K, run for fun, or are chasing a marathon PR, the same principles apply: fuel enough, fuel smart, and enjoy your food.

How many follow-ups will I need?

It depends on your goals. Many clients meet every 2–4 weeks through a training block, then check in before races. We'll figure out the right cadence together — no pressure, no packages you don't need.

How do booking and forms work?

Everything runs through Healthie, a secure platform for nutrition practices. When you book, you'll pay for your session and complete intake and consent forms in one place.

Do you give out meal plans?

I focus on frameworks and skills over rigid plans — because training changes week to week, and your fueling should flex with it. If structure helps you, we'll build the right amount of it together.
